Lots of Tests- Week 40

This week has been hectic. School is really pulling up to full gear now. I recently just got my first big test week, which is to say that I got 3 tests on the same day of the week! Now this really isn't that good... but I need to get myself to get into the full swing of things now. There were a bunch of things that happened and they were all really fun. On Wednesday, we had out Tribe Day at school, which is the day that all the clubs set up in the school atrium and promote their club. I did it for Science Olympiad and I got a few people to join! There are so many clubs that I am thinking of joining this year since I am a senior and I have some of the clubs understood mostly. I brought my Wright Stuff models that I keep at home and my medals and some people were really impressed so they joined!

Another thing that happened was senior night for golf! This is the night to celebrate the seniors on the team and we all got really cool posters for it. I played pretty well and I am well in range of where I want to be on the team. I think the rest of the season is going to be great now that I can play well again! We absolutely crushed the competition at the match and I got to see some old friends again! All in all, it was a great time!

I also took the ACT on Saturday, it wasn't that bad. The math section was harder than I thought and I didn't get to finish. I'm glad that I got a 36 previously and can superscore it if it is not that good. I need to get my reading and english up so I hope that I can manifest that. Reading and Science, I ran out of time and there were some pretty hard problems. There were concepts I didn't understand like radiation and how light beams are absorbed. I hope that I managed to scrape through and do well. Speaking of standardized tests, I think the August SAT scores were badly graded. Many of my friends and I all thought we didn't do that bad, to absolutely be crushed by our scores. I scored way lower than last time and I am unsure what my next move should be. I can submit a rescore and try and get it higher, but I don't think that will change my score that much to where it's better than last time. My other option is to just full on retake the test. I'm still deciding what to do.

Anyways, that's mostly it for what I have done that week. On a side note, EYSO is back in full swing, but I don't think there's much to say about that right now. I have to brace myself for school and I think it's time to go to bed so this is where I sign off. Thanks for reading!
